Crossroads Leadership Camp

So then, just as you have received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to walk in him, being rooted and built up in him and established in the faith, just as you were taught, and overflowing with gratitude. Colossians 2:6-7

Crossroads Leadership Camp (CLC) is an intensive, next-level discipleship program designed specifically for high school students. This unique experience is reserved for select graduates of our traditional Crossroads Camp program who have demonstrated a genuine heart for Christ, a mature attitude, and a desire to serve the Lord.

CLC is about deep spiritual formation, rigorous study of God's Word, and practical ministry leadership training, all while retaining the fun of Crossroads Camp that our CLC participants have come to know and love.

CLC Focus

Advanced Biblical Training: Moving past basic foundational concepts into deeper study of Scripture, theology, and learning how to effectively share and defend your faith.
Practical Leadership: Discovering your spiritual gifts and learning how to lead peer groups and mentor younger campers.
Service in Ministry: Cultivating the heart of Christ by serving behind the scenes, taking on camp responsibilities, and putting others before yourself.

How Admission Works

To maintain an effective, distraction-free environment with focused mentorship, admission to CLC is strictly by invitation only.

Prerequisite: Applicants must be graduates of Crossroads Camp, have completed 9th through 11th grades the previous school year, and at least 15 years old by September 1st of the camp year.
Nomination: Students are noticed and nominated by the Camp Directors and senior staff based on their character, spiritual maturity, and leadership potential demonstrated in previous years.
The Invitation: Selected students will receive an official invitation directly from David and Megan Butler with instructions on how to submit their CLC confirmation paperwork.
